  Excellent service from Andy at Enterprise. When I collected the car, he appeared to be working on his own and was dealing with customers in the branch, people outside, telephone calls and computer work all at the same time. Despite being extremely busy, he stayed calm, professional and organised throughout. He dealt with everything in a sensible order and never gave the impression that he was flustered or rushing anyone. I told him I was perfectly happy to wait because it was obvious how much he was handling. I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently he managed the situation. When I returned the car there were several staff working, which made me appreciate even more what Andy had managed single-handedly on the earlier visit. He deserves recognition for excellent customer service.

  My experience with Enterprise was incredibly disappointing and ended up costing me £642 because of incorrect information I was given. After my car was hit by a bus , I was provided an Enterprise courtesy car. During that hire, I incurred a road charge. As soon as I received the notification, I called Enterprise to ask whether I needed to pay it myself or if they would handle it with the card they had on file. I was clearly told over the phone that Enterprise would take the payment from my card on file. So I believed it was sorted. Months later, I was shocked to receive a visit from enforcement agents demanding £642 for what should have been a minor charge. Had I been told to pay it myself, I would have done so immediately. Instead, because I relied on the advice I was given, the charge escalated into enforcement action and hundreds of pounds in additional costs. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and the stress this caused. I urge Enterprise to improve communication and ensure staff give accurate advice, as the consequences of getting it wrong can be severe.
