    I currently have a car from Enterprise Gelderd Road whilst mine is in for repair. We had a pre-booked time slot that Enterprise would pick me up from the car garage at 10.30am. I had to ring to chase them up and they eventually arrived over 1/2hr late. They gave me a car where the air con didn’t work. It was the car they picked me up in and I told them this was not acceptable on the hottest day of the year where temps were hitting the high 30’s and asked them an alternative car. Apparently, they had no other car to offer me and they convinced me to drive away in the car saying they would contact me later that day with regards to changing the car. Needless to say, no phone call. Also, the car smells very strongly of cigarette smoke. Not impressed at all

    We appreciated the excellent customer service from the team at Enterprise, Geldered road. Tom and his team were very friendly, clear, and efficient throughout the process. The vehicle quality was impressive. Nothing like what we had driven before. It was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. The pickup, and return process was quick and straightforward, and there were no unexpected charges. Honestly, the experience was smooth, and convenient. Thank you, guys.
