  The ladies at the ls10 brand were incredible & made my 1st experience hiring a car so easy. They gave me 10/10 service, were so friendly & welcoming. I hired a car as it was my daughter’s birthday & I needed a hire car for her birthday weekend. As the car I booked wasn’t available the ladies were kind enough to upgrade me without me asking & for no extra cost. I am so grateful to them for this experience & for helping to make my daughter’s birthday weekend so special.

  Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was seamless, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. The staff were exceptional: friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The van itself was spotless, both inside and out, and clearly very well maintained. It felt reliable, comfortable, and ready to go the moment I picked it up. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on every level, but this one genuinely exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality van rental experience, and I’ll definitely be using them again.
