  First time hiring a van from this branch. Both drop off and pick up were slick and the staff were friendly and efficient. Van was a Citroën dispatch, clean, 6000miles on the clock, lovely to drive. Will definitely be back next time I need a hire. Thank you.

  Absolutely brilliant. The staff were so good at making us feel at ease. Hannah was an absolute star. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was spot on and she is a credit for enterprise if I ever need a car I'm going to enterprise leeds centre. Thank you for all your help

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, and the car was clean, reliable, and in great condition. A special thank you to Emilia, who handed over the keys. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, making the pickup process quick and stress-free. I'd also like to thank the lady who checked the car when I returned it. She was thorough with the inspection, very friendly, and communicated everything clearly. She made the return process just as easy and pleasant. Both of them went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude really stood out and made my experience even better. Thank you both for all your help, I truly appreciate it and would happily recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a great car rental experience!

  Don’t bother booking with Enterprise online especially if it’s a day prior OR if you use any third party providers. Booked via Trip.com initially, reservation went through, called the branch to confirm the reservation, told by customer service they don’t have any availability, to always book via Enterprise. Fine, I cancelled the third party booking, called customer service again to ENSURE they had car availability at the site. Was told they do, shouldn’t be a problem. Placed another reservation and booked my hotels for tomorrow. Receive a call some time later now saying they don’t have any cars at all since the reservation is last minute. Don’t let customers make bookings than? I can appreciate the booking is done a day before but why show availability at the specific branch if you don’t have it? Worst Enterprise experience ever, I have used this company worldwide but seems like there is zero communication here with their branches and their network interface. Customer service expects everyone to just carry on with their day with politeness despite their incompetence. Check out the rest of their one star reviews which are for similar issues.

  Avoid. They will let you down at the last minute and won't process your refund. Enterprise left me an answerphone message the evening before my van rental to tell me my pre-paid booking was no longer available. Whilst they did offer me a replacement, this wasn't suitable. I had to scrabble to book emergency storage to be able to support my daughter's flat move. First thing in the morning I phoned, and explained the replacement wasn't suitable, and Enterprise promised me a refund. The refund never materialised. Two weeks later I phoned again and was told they would reprocess my refund. Another two weeks later, and their Live Chat assistant said it would be a couple more days. Five days later, still nothing. I have now submitted a chargeback request to my credit card provider in order to recoup my money.
