Arrived and was very quickly attended by a member of staff. Very helpful man also advised on the shuttle bus available to the terminal which we didn’t need but was good to hear. He also gave us directions to the Travelodge. Drop off process was quick and uncomplicated even though we picked up the car in Glasgow Well done

Ordered a cheaper car but was given a top end Mercedes for a few quid more. Fantastic staff, very professional. Very quick pick up and drop off of the car. You can also hire a car on debit card and they only hold 200 on your card.

Fabulous service from I think it was Shuck? Upgraded vehicle. Spotlessly clean. I was very happy with my experience and I will definitely use Alamo again 😊

Rude staff at the Southampton rental office, I paid through a 3rd party including insurance, he tried to sell me more insurance and when I refused as I already had it, I got a crappy little Fiat even though I paid extra for the next size up ,then he argued with me saying the don't honour the car I chose as it shows up as a lower grade on his system ,he had the car I booked in stock ,he was just being an unprofessional inappropriate beep.I would not recommend them and I will never use them again.
