  Ordered a cheaper car but was given a top end Mercedes for a few quid more. Fantastic staff, very professional. Very quick pick up and drop off of the car. You can also hire a car on debit card and they only hold 200 on your card.

  Fabulous service from I think it was Shuck? Upgraded vehicle. Spotlessly clean. I was very happy with my experience and I will definitely use Alamo again 😊

  Rude staff at the Southampton rental office, I paid through a 3rd party including insurance, he tried to sell me more insurance and when I refused as I already had it, I got a crappy little Fiat even though I paid extra for the next size up ,then he argued with me saying the don't honour the car I chose as it shows up as a lower grade on his system ,he had the car I booked in stock ,he was just being an unprofessional inappropriate beep.I would not recommend them and I will never use them again.
