  The hire car was excellent, very easy to drive and maneuver and very happy with the customer service received which was exemplary. I would not hesitate to use Enterprise car rental in the future.

  Overall good rental and service, even though car was received 40 mins late ,with and empty tank, and not cleaned properly from the previous renter. Would of like to have received a refund for the £50 worth of fuel left in the tank on the cars return.(Audi Q7 4.0 Sline QUATTRO)

  Would give zero stars if could ...loughborough rd leicester branch...booked a vehicle paid for it recieved a confirmation email. For them to call me to cancel booking as they dont actually have any vehicles for rental..then 5 days for a refund. Absolute joke of a branch.

  Extremely unprofessional service from a multi national company. Needed to hire a LWB or XLWB van quite last minute (around 22/23 hours prior to needing to collect). To avoid any risk and ensure transparency, I booked an XLWB from this location via head office ant around 4pm, after confirming they could meet my short time frame. I then received a call around 7:30pm that evening stating they were struggling to find me a vehicle and could I take a Luton van instead. I advised them I couldn’t as I needed a panel van as discussed during booking. I was then advised that I should start trying other hire companies as they didn’t think they could supply a vehicle, despite me saying I could make do with a LWB panel instead, this still wasn’t possible for them apparently. Not really sure what they expected me to do at 8pm regarding finding another van for collection the afternoon of the following day. I was basically forced in to the exact position I was trying to avoid. Fortunately, I a managed to hire a suitable vehicle through ‘Senior car and van rental’, who I would highly recommend. Everything was professional from start to finish, unlike this circus.
