  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $800 pounds

  Received a charge of £60 on my corporate credit card which Enterprise Leicester knew nothing about. Later on received the invoice which showed the £60 charge as parking violation. I rang Enterprise Leicester up to get more information and was given an email address to write to. I wrote to this email address but received no response so I still don’t know who issued the fine, which vehicle no was it issued to, when it was issued and where it was issued to confirm if the fine is legitimate and / or raised on the date I had the car. No one wants to help me on this issue. I spoke with customer services who are unable to offer any help in this matter. I am a corporate customer and will raise it with my senior leadership.

  Had another amazing experience with the Loughborough Rd branch in Leicester. Sadri and James welcomed me with a smile and open arms, answered any questions or queries I had before leaving with the hire car. Sadri was working when I returned the car on Fri 31st July, once again made sure everything was ok and because someone left a phone in a hire car, she rang me to ensure that it wasn't mine. 10/10 to the Loughborough Rd branch, especially to Sadri and James. I will definitely return to this branch and recommend them if anybody asks me about hiring a vehicle.

  Worst service. I book automatic car ford festa and they give me manual car. Even they ask me for 200£ deposit and give me such excuses. If they dont have car why are they booking different car. Do go worst staff they told me refund will take more then 7-15 days. Dont go ever.
