The Barry and Wilkinson Tyre and Exhaust Centre in Leyland was opened in the 1980’s and joined the Protyre network in 2009. The centre was extensively refurbished in 2014 to improve customer facilities.
The team will carry out a free vehicle safety check on your car, van or 4x4, checking tyres, brakes, batteries, under bonnet fluids along with lights and wiper blades. Barry & Wilkinson Tyre & Exhaust Leyland - Team Protyre holds an extensive stock of tyres from all the leading manufacturers including Pirelli, Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental, Falken and GT Radial. The centre also undertakes MOTs, servicing, diagnostics as well as the replacement of brakes, batteries, exhausts and repairs to suspensions.

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
