  I hired a car whilst my own car was being repaired. The process was straightforward and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service.

  Ok but not the most comfortable of experiences especially with the constant warning information regarding the vans state coming up on the dashboard while I was driving it. Also felt I was being pushed into taking out more insurance cover on the van.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise. Around three months ago, I booked a vehicle and was incorrectly charged from my account. After reporting the issue, I was assured that the refund would be processed within 3–5 working days. Since then, I have contacted customer service several times and visited the branch on multiple occasions. Each time, I was given a receipt and told that the refund would be credited to my account within a few days or a week. It has now been nearly two months since my last follow-up, and I still have not received my refund. Despite repeated promises, no one has resolved the issue or provided a clear explanation. I have also spent additional time and money travelling to the branch multiple times to chase this matter. The customer service has been very poor, communication has been disappointing, and the lack of action regarding my refund is unacceptable. I am attaching a photo of the receipt provided by Enterprise as evidence of my ongoing attempts to resolve this issue. I would not recommend Enterprise based on my experience and hope this matter is addressed as soon as possible.

  I am writing this review hoping higher management at Enterprise seriously looks into the unacceptable service I received from the Preston branch. I had a confirmed booking for a 9:00 AM van pickup, but before collection I received a call saying the vehicle would not be ready until 11:00 AM. I adjusted my plans and waited. When I called again around 10:30 AM for confirmation, I was then told it would be 12:00 PM. Later again, the time changed to 12:45 PM. Every time I called, I was given different explanations and excuses. The most disappointing part was the attitude from the branch manager. Instead of properly resolving the issue, he repeatedly kept saying “it’s subject to availability” over and over again and even suggested I completely change my plans and take the van the next day. This caused unnecessary pressure, stress, and inconvenience when I had already made a confirmed booking in advance. I was then told that only a much larger van was available and that I would need to pay extra for it, despite the situation being entirely caused by the branch and not by me. The communication and behaviour were extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Customers should not be made to feel pressured or blamed after making a valid booking. Thankfully, I contacted the nearby Bamber Bridge branch myself, and their staff were much more helpful and professional. They arranged a vehicle and transferred the booking so I could finally continue with my plans, although I still ended up paying extra. I appreciate the support from the Bamber Bridge team, but the experience with the Preston branch was very disappointing and not what I would expect from Enterprise. I genuinely hope senior management reviews this matter properly and improves how customers are treated in situations like this.
