    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They rip me off, booked on the net for a price & when they took the money out they overcharged me by an extra $1800 pounds

    The lads at Enterprise were great and very helpful from start to finish. They contacted me immediately my Insurance Company contacted them to say I needed a courtesy car following a third party accident to my vehicle. They notified me the following day to say a vehicle was available and when I went to collect it they were very friendly, efficient and after handing iver the keys showed me how to operate everything inside the Hire Vehicle. When I returned the car a few days later they asked if I had found everything ok with their service and I was more than happy to confirm I was and thanked them for their services I would definately use them again and highly recommend

    Renting a car from Enterprise was a great experience. The team supported me at both pick-up and drop-off. I would like to thank the team in Preston for their support and care, and special thanks to Auzair for his care and the ride to the train station.

    hired a car a couple months ago for the weekend and i had left my rayban sunglasses in took the car back monday morning and rang up monday night to inform that i had checked my cctv footage and i had left them in the car . However they denied it was in the car saying they had checked it up and down and when i said that i wanted to come back the rude person on the phone swore at me. I wouldn’t suggest using this branch as anything you may leave they claim the minute it gets back to there place , without any help of them finding it. No shame sending an automated answer with a link that dosent work

    Trying to organise a courtesy car for two days with enterprise through insurance and it’s been nothing but headache. Been offered a car today with active faults and when we rejected it, got offered another car also with faults! Now going into day 3 and still no closer to a car
