  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was charged additional fees that were not made clear to me at the time of booking or collection. The lack of transparency around these charges is unacceptable, and I feel the customer should be given a clear breakdown of all potential costs before agreeing to the rental. The unexpected charges made what initially seemed like a reasonable rental significantly more expensive. Enterprise needs to be much clearer about fees and ensure customers fully understand what they are being charged for before taking payment. I would strongly recommend checking the terms and asking for a complete breakdown of charges before hiring a car from them.

  2nd vehicle in the past few weeks, vehicles were spotless and staff at Bamber Bridge were great and explained everything, return was easy and was dealt with straight away no waiting around, will always use bamber bridge depot

  Due to our corporate booking system, I use Enterprise regularly at locations across the country. However, my current local branch is Bamber Bridge, and the team there are absolutely outstanding. They are consistently professional, courteous, and genuinely personable. They always take the time to give me a call to make sure everything is going well with the car, which is a thoughtful touch that’s greatly appreciated. Over the years I’ve been using this branch, I’ve got to know the team, and they’ve always delivered exceptional customer service. I only wish every other Enterprise branch offered the same level of care, professionalism, and customer-focused approach as the team at Bamber Bridge.

  Firstly this place is run by kids who don't have a clue what they're doing. You book a vehicle online then you get a call saying it's not available. The call was to a family member whose number was given as back up not the hirer. Turn up to collect and ignored for a minute or so then kept waiting for over 20 minutes to be served. Biggest issue is their upselling sales strategy. 'Do you want this for an extra charge, do you want this etc' excruciatingly annoying. Appalling training and business structure. Get an adult in there to run this shower of the proverbial. Shocking.
