I was worried that a dent in the fender (for some reason the rear sensors had been switched off) would cost me but they meticulously measured it and assured me it wasn't big enough to worry about. They were so lovely. A great kindness and energy they had. Absolutely brilliant people.

- KTKirsty TimperleyMay 13, 20261.0Costly repair mistake Check your invoice thoroughly.I accidentally scraped a rental car and willingly handed over my card to Enterprise under a verbal assurance they would mitigate costs. Instead, they sent a massive bill and I had to fight just to get a detailed invoice.When I analyzed the invoice line-by-line, I discovered Enterprise charged me for numerous billable extras, including a part their own mechanic broke during the repair. They also conveniently omitted photos of the returned trim piece from the initial invoice, which I had to manually request. The mechanic later confirmed he was never even shown the undamaged trim piece I had safely placed in the boot, which could have saved significant money.When I tried to dispute these unjust charges, communication completely broke down. My case was passed around multiple agents who ignored the facts. My bank could not help because I had signed the initial rental agreement.I am happy to pay for my mistakes, but Enterprise carelessly footed me the bill for things I was not liable for. Check your invoices thoroughly if you use them. I will never rent from Enterprise again.
