I wouldn't usually do a negative review, but my experience as cost me lots of money and I have lost out of jobs (I'm a joiner) I was billed for 8 hours labour but they had my van for 15 days. While they had it they burnt the starter out. So they said I need to pay for a part to fix it £140.. I got the part for £20 and paid £10 for it to be delivered next day.. they didn't then fit the part till all the work was done but they told me it was the wrong part yet I got what they told me to buy. After them trying to charge me an extra £120 on parts I called euro parts for a quote on parts, they charged me £480 in total, I got the price at £280. I called them and his reply to this was "well I need to make a profit" wow £200? Not happy at all. I argued with the boss and his attitude stinks. Just a business man and has no care for the money I have lost.
