  Brilliant customer service from the moment I stepped into the office and picked up the van, to when I returned it. The Burnley team and customs service advisor didn't miss a beat! So, again they hit full marks and have set a high bar in good customer service skills. Well done! ASD.

  Genuinely fantastic service, our family car broke down on the drive to a UK holiday and we originally visited a Leeds branch who couldn’t help us get a car for various reasons. I rang this branch in a last ditch attempt at saving our holiday and they sorted me out straight away. A perfect car was organised within the hour, the staff were super empathetic to our stressful situation and the branch manager problem-solved around policy restrictions which enabled us to rent a car and get on our way. They saved us hundreds in potentially cancelled holiday plans and the Volvo XC90 was beautiful to drive around. The return process was quick and straightforward and I had a really nice chat with a member of staff on both collection and drop off. I will be 100% using this branch in future and recommending to friends, family and colleagues. It’s refreshing to deal with a branch who put common sense and customer service first. Thank you so much.

  Popped in today asking for manager, one of the staff pointed out the assistant manager. I wanted to enquire about an incident I had with an enterprise vehicle. The assistant manager I found was rude, no eye contact, no apology for him being absolutely no use to me. Absolutely waste of time, you happy to take money and charge higher prices but atleast provide the service. Looks more like a doss house, usless staff.

  I’ve dealt with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Burnley on a number of occasions, and I genuinely cannot fault the level of service I’ve received from the team. The whole branch is run in a very professional manner. The staff are welcoming, organised and straightforward to deal with, and they make the entire process — from arranging the vehicle through to collection and return — as easy and hassle-free as possible. Communication has always been clear, and you never get the feeling that you’re simply another customer being rushed through the door. A special mention has to go to Usman, one of the managers. He’s always been professional, approachable and willing to help. When you have someone in management who actually takes an interest in making sure customers are looked after properly, it makes a massive difference, and that attitude clearly comes through across the branch. I particularly want to mention Yunus, who has been absolutely brilliant to deal with. His customer service is genuinely first class. He’s friendly, respectful, patient and extremely professional, but at the same time very down-to-earth. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for him. He takes the time to explain things properly, keeps you informed and actually tries to find a solution rather than simply giving you a standard answer and moving on. That level of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Good customer service isn’t just about being polite — it’s about taking ownership, communicating properly and making the customer feel that their business is valued. Yunus does exactly that. What stands out about the Burnley branch generally is the consistency. It isn’t just one good interaction; every time I’ve dealt with them, the experience has been professional and efficient. The team seem to understand that when somebody needs a hire vehicle, it can sometimes be because their own vehicle is off the road or because they’re already dealing with an inconvenience. Having staff who make the rental side straightforward rather than adding to the stress is invaluable. Credit where credit is due: Usman, Yunus and the entire Enterprise Burnley team provide an excellent service. Yunus in particular is a real credit to the branch and to Enterprise as a company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enterprise Burnley again or recommend them to family, friends or anyone looking for a professional and reliable car hire company. Five-star service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  I had a fantastic experience with Yunnis at Enterprise Burnley. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. The service was absolutely flawless, both when I picked the car up and when I returned it. Everything was made so easy and stress-free, and Yunnis made sure everything was perfect throughout the whole process. I was also very lucky to be given a gorgeous Mercedes, which made the experience even better! I really appreciate all of Yunnis’s kindness, professionalism, and help. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service. Thank you again, Yunnis — you were brilliant, and I would definitely recommend Enterprise Burnley because of the outstanding service I received!
