At short notice arranged a Luton Van, booked online and had to make a couple of changes, which was easy to do. At both pickup and return, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. all round good experience.

LET DOWN AGAIN BY ENTERPRISE Having had another branch cancel a van booking on us on the morning of collection we called the Huddersfield branch to see if they had a van available. They processed the booking on the phone and took payment. All good. UNTIL... almost there to collect (30 minutes drive each way after 15 minutee drive to the Halifax branch each way) and they call to say they have no van available. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. They don't offer any type of solution, so after 2 bookings with different branches we've wasted half the morning and still trying to find a van hire!

I initially received a call on the day I was due to pick up the car, asking me if I was alright with an automatic, I said no, as I had never driven an automatic and wouldn't feel comfortable driving long distance in one. Then I was asked if I could change the time of pick up, to later during the day. I wasn't happy as we were supposed to leave at a certain time. I agreed to the later time but said 'no later'. After letting everyone know of the later time to set off from home, I got another phone call, to tell me that the original time was now fine for pick up. From then, throughout my holiday, I received quite a few texts reminding me when I was due to drop the car back. I am forgetful, so could use a reminder, but there were too many. Everyone that we encountered in the branch, were very helpful and polite.
