  I had a great experience with Enterprise Dewsbury Car Hire. The customer service is always excellent—everyone is friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Siyaam, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He makes me feel welcome every time I visit and is always happy to help with any questions or requests.   I received excellent customer service from Nathan at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch in Dewsbury. When I arrived, he had just dealt with a very difficult and challenging customer. Despite that, Nathan remained calm, courteous and completely professional throughout. Although it was clear the situation hadn’t been easy, he immediately greeted me with a smile and handled my vehicle return efficiently and with genuine friendliness. It really stood out to me how professionally he conducted himself under pressure. Staff like Nathan are a real credit to Enterprise, and I hope his excellent customer service is recognised. Thank you, Nathan!

  ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS customer service from the manager and staff at Dewsbury branch Hudds Rd!. I booked a Luton van online at a good price for the weekend 9am saturday to 9am Monday, had to move my booking to the following weekend on a Thursday they accomodated that no problem under the same booking at no fuss. Come the saturday the manager rang at 8ish to say the previous chap was running late and van won't be in til 12 midday if I can collect then and in lieu of the inconveneience (which there wasn't any tbh) he'll give me the full day Monday! As it turned out I did need that full day Monday as needed to make an extra home move trip to Brum and didn't hand back in til Monday 5pm. I left them with 180 miles fuel (got it with about 80 miles) out of courtesy as they were so so good and bob on with comms and helpful. It's a shame it was my one and only time to hire from them as I've now moved to Brum but would have used them time and again if needed. Manager and staff at Dewsbury Enterprise hats off to you guys - may the Lord be with you! Enterprise head office take note - you've got some gems for staff here give them a pay rise :-(
