  Teribal service will never use again hire a minivan on 9th evening and drop in Gatwick even the employee check and told me every thing is ok and good to go and after 10 days keep chasing my deposit they charge me extra £915.75 from my account without authorization and send me an invoice for the damage which I never know either authorized complaint many time but no luck with the refund will never use them again

  The Staff at Holderness Road are lovely, friendly and happy to explain everything and anything. The Car i hired was a Volvo XC40 I thought the car quality in fact if I could guarantee getting the same car all the time I would love it. I drive to Scotland to see family a few times a year and will always use Enterprise

  Booked and paid for a Van for a home move way in advance of my completion date to receive a phone call at 15:00 the day before advising they couldn't meet their promise. Unacceptable. Updated 27/05: Further to this I've still not had a refund. I was told 10 working days which was already a joke. It's now been 21 working days. I've chased multiple times too. Updated 15/06: After still not recieving a refund I raised a dispute through my bank. I now finally have funds. Enterprise haven't been easy to do business with.
