  Rented a car fiat 500 terrible car took it back next day should have been only charged one day instead charged for full rental and the car had paint marks in it and scratched and they still gave it to me asked for my money back nothing avoid again

  Never will i hire a vehicle from Enterprise again, it would be cheaper financially to go by pubic transport! just after they picked the hire car up they debited my card £350.00 saying i had damaged a tyre, i had not but they were not interested in listening to me. Then they debited my card another £29.57 without any consultation, when questioned they said it was for fuel, even though it was delivered with very little fuel, also no mention on agreement as to fuel level when delivered. What a cavalier, arrogant and un professional outfit. But when challenged with my written evidence they agreed to credit back the £350.00 now just waiting re £29.57 refund. Unless you have to deal with them, don't!!, i never will again .But if you do have a problem don't let it lie, challenge them, and look Enterprise up on www.bvrla.co .uk its a dispute service for car hirers, makes quite interesting reading.
