  Great service collecting the car. Poor service returning. 'cut in the tyre' - genuinely tiny wear and tear mark. Take the coverage if you hire here, or it seems they will sting you. Very disappointed, will not return.

  Really good service from these guys at the Sevenoaks branch. Pick up at home, advance check in and quick return all excellent. They even answered my stupid questions when I wasn’t used to the van Thank you.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Enterprise in Sevenoaks started well but quickly deteriorated. Stratstone in Tonbridge arranged a hire car for us because they had our company vehicle and couldn’t provide a courtesy car or even confirm when ours would be repaired. I collected the initial hire car from Sevenoaks, but within a week it broke down and required recovery. A couple of weeks later, Enterprise contacted me to say the vehicle needed servicing and requested its return, offering a replacement. I collected the second hire vehicle as instructed. Meanwhile, Stratstone returned our company vehicle, but it was not charging to full capacity. We urgently requested confirmation that it was safe to drive, especially as the hire vehicle needed to be returned. Despite repeated attempts, we received no response from Stratstone. During this time, Enterprise began contacting us for payment for the hire vehicle, even though the agreement was clearly between Stratstone and Enterprise. I explained this multiple times. After more delays, Stratstone finally responded and arrangements were made for the hire vehicle to be collected. However, the representative who came to collect the car was rude and accusatory, claiming I owed money and had damaged the vehicle. I strongly disputed both claims and requested proof of the vehicle’s condition at the time of hire. None has been provided. I have photographic evidence showing the damage was already present when I collected the vehicle. Despite this, Enterprise deducted £250 (the excess) from my personal credit card. Since then, they have attempted to charge additional amounts (£600+, £100+, and others) without any communication or authorisation. To date, no one from the claims department has responded to my correspondence. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Enterprise.
