They have taken £2,250 directly out of my bank account without my permission to cover the cost of a minor scratch that I could have buffed out in about 5 minutes. It is an absolute scandal and the company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves that they treat there customers in this way. I will not be letting this lie !!

- RWray walkerMay 7, 20261.0I had to give 1 star because I wouldn’t be able to send feedback otherwise if you don’t have a credit card avoid this company as they tell you last minute after months of careful preparation preparing my holiday off the back of this rental you can’t use a debit card to hire a vehicle from them you must have a credit card so they will mess your holiday up without batting an eye lid. -100 stars is more appropriate and enterprise don’t bother with the usual reply we like to speak further about this as I’ve got nothing more to say to yous as you tryed to sabotage my holiday over not having a credit card which I’m with in my human rights not to own one if I choose not to
