They then proceeded to blame me for these issues. I went to make a complaint but they was very dismissive and argumentative. Looking at the reviews for this company it seems like they've had a lot of similar problems!
- APAmy ParkinsonApr 27, 20261.0Gave us a van with an ad blue fault that they knew about and then didn’t refund us the correct amount and then trying to charge us £250 for the repair when it’s their own fault for their own incompetence and not servicing their own vehicle which the Ford technician saw with his own eyes that it had not been done and their own staff saying “that’s got an adblue fault it shouldn’t be going out” and then when highlighted being told “ it’s been sorted your good to go” DO NOT BOTHER USING and yes Kelly you can still take your invoice you need to pay yourself for your mistake AND SHOVE IT
