- LPLiv PalmerMay 15, 20261.0Our experience with this company has been nothing short of exhausting. We have a business account with Enterprise, yet every time ew try to rent a vehicle there's an issue. No one seems to know who deals with that - we are constantly told to ring different departments, only to end up going in circles with no resolution. The call centre can't help, the chat system closes the moment you mention having a business account, the local branch repeatedly says they can't do anything to contact customer services... who then say they can't help either. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone who actually managers our account or can fix the ongoing problems. The service has been absolutely shocking from start to finish. We won't be renting form them again.

Impressive customer service across the group (I’ve used Enterprise in the North and South of England), competitive rates , and a really workable website. Highly confident in recommending them, especially for those travelling out of London by train; they are generally situated with 10 minutes of major train stations. I cannot imagine why I’d rent anywhere else!
