Had four tyres replaced. Could not fault the service. Competitive price, great , friendly, communication. Car went straight in , as per the booking, and even the wheel bolts were torqued correctly, so you can change the wheels at a later date (not air gunned on). Streets ahead of the local competition.

Despite living in Herne Bay my mechanic always recommends taking the time to travel to Wheel Inn in Whitstable for their expertise and customer service, and he's right. From my own experience and listening to their interactions with other customers they are clearly at a level above other tyre shops and deserve the praise they get. This time around I simply had a new tyre and alignment checked but it's great that they, as standard, also check the pressures on the other tyres and reset the tyre monitor function - you don't tend to see that. Nice work gents ... keep up the good work!

I used Wheel In following a recommendation from my dad and after searching across local garages for competitive prices for mid range tyres. Wheel In offered well known brands for slightly less than big franchise garages, they could fit them faster and offered a discount on 2+ tyres.
On arrival I was greeted by a mechanic quickly, he was friendly, gave me details of how long it would be before my car would be taken in and he had a smile on his face.
I was surprised and pleased that the waiting room was very clean, as was the customer toilet.
I’d booked a Saturday appointment, so expected a wait but I think my lovely new tyres were fitted with 30 minutes. As I was the 5th person waiting, that was a reasonable time.
I am very happy with the service received, their process is efficient, mechanics friendly and tyres reliable.
