  After a serious accident, my insurance company arranged a courtesy van through Enterprise. When the van was delivered, I noticed several scratches that were already on the vehicle. I pointed them out to the Enterprise representative, and he told me that he had recorded the existing damage. Because I had just been through a very serious accident the day before, taking photographs of the van was honestly not something I was thinking about. I trusted what the Enterprise representative told me. After I returned the van, Enterprise charged me for the scratches that were already there when the vehicle was delivered. I was not even informed about the charge — I only discovered it when checking my credit card statement. I find this extremely unfair and very disappointing. If existing damage is pointed out to your employee and they confirm that it has been recorded, customers should not later be charged for it. Very poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I will not be using Enterprise again.

  Had to go here 3 times in a row due to insurance repairers. Rashish always tryed to make things as smooth and easy as possible including when they are extremely busy and they are rushed of their feet. Never had a problem with any of the vehicles or the collecting and return.

  Very disappointing experience at the Tunbridge Wells branch. Harish P. Working as an assistant manager was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He was unable to clearly explain the charges and repeatedly, “You signed for it,” instead of addressing my concerns calmly and respectfully. I will be submitting a formal complaint, as this was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have encountered.

  Two family members have recently arranged car hire from Tunbridge Wells and on both occasions received appalling service when arriving at their arranged collection times, having to wait an hour or more thus delaying their onward journeys. Would not recommend using Enterprise Tunbridge Wells. Would like to award zero stars!
