Poor service. Filled in all forms early and come in on time, one member of staff and office is full of people waiting. Why am I working for them to get details done just to sit and wait for an hour. Very; very poor considering the price
Easily the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Whatever you do don’t use them, especially if it is being hired via your car garage. 4 months after I had a hire car from them they took £247 from my account without any communications. Their relationships with the garages is so poor that they aren’t charging them and are just taking it from customers instead. They also dont return calls or provide any support to resolve the issue. Terrible terrible company

Appalling service. Can't park on site, they make you park on the busy main road. Want to know in's and outs of everything even after checking in online. Teenage staff with attitude! Will never be using them again

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with the Tunbridge Wells branch.
My partner was provided with a hire car through Enterprise while his own vehicle was being repaired following a non-fault accident. What should have been a straightforward process became an unnecessarily stressful and unacceptable experience.
A week after returning the final hire vehicle and getting his own car back, an insurance claim unexpectedly appeared against him. We later discovered that an alleged accident had been incorrectly recorded by the branch on the same day he collected the hire car — an incident that never happened.
Despite repeatedly contacting the branch since last Wednesday, making numerous phone calls, and attending in person multiple times, the matter has still not been resolved. We have been passed between teams, given little clarity, and repeatedly told that someone is “waiting for a response,” while my partner has been left dealing with the impact on his insurance and no-claims discount due to an error that was entirely outside of his control.
The lack of urgency and accountability shown in handling such a serious issue has been deeply concerning. Incorrectly recording an insurance incident can have significant financial and personal consequences, yet this situation has not been treated with the seriousness it deserves.
To make matters worse, during the hire period we were also contacted and told to return one of the vehicles because Enterprise had sold it while it was still being used by us, which only added to the inconvenience and reflected poorly on the organisation of the branch.
Overall, this experience has been highly stressful, poorly managed, and far below the standard of service we expected. We hope Enterprise resolves this matter urgently and takes steps to ensure other customers do not experience similar issues.
