  Been renting vehicles for both personal and commercial purposes and have been providing top class customer service every time. Straightforward experience always and would highly recommend renting from this branch.

  Guys beware of tunbridge wells Enterprise. They are desperate to generate income for the branch so the only option is to rip off. i was desperately given a rental at a lower rate. upon returning the car. they claimed i was late after i called the branch to inform i ll be coming late. because i was running late from work. upon my arrival the crooked assistant manager (Mason) who usually would be friendly. sent the new trainee to me and told me i would be charged for a new day. i was not happy and i didnt accept. next minute he said you can go but next time dont be late. then he even offered to drop me home. just to keep me shut so that people dont see their corny ways. to my greatest surprise. i went online to make another booking. next minute i was called to say im on ban. My question is why tell me everything was fine and offered to drop me home as they knew they were wrong. then Ban me from renting. clearly shows Mason has no integrity . and because he knows hes leaving the branch to go to sidcup he doesnt mind doing a damage. Be mindful of that branch. when they are desperate they rent to you at all cost but they ll end up finding a way to rip you.

  sometimes two weeks ago. i took a rental and on this day i made a call to tunbridge wells branch to let them know i ll be coming late as i was running late at work and due to previous incident i was told nobody can drop off the car rental for me. so i had to call to inform them which i was told its fine. on my arrival. i realised the assistant manager that would normally say hello to me was abit cold. but i just assumed he was having a bad day. next minute. i handed the keys and the trainee guy in the branch said to me we are gonna charge you an extra day. i was furious and i was like but i called in to inform you guys and you said it was fine. so after a back and forth. he decided to cancel the charge because i wasnt havnt it. and he said. i can go. to mu greatest surprise. i booked a car to go visit my mum. i was shocked to hear i have been banned from renting from enterprise. i guess Mason knew he was leaving the branch to go to sidcup branch so he wouldnt mind the branch being blacklisted. i am a silver member but i guess that dont count. so you have to beware of this branch. integrity is key. mason has shown he has no integrity of standing by his word. when you say its fine.

  I use the Tunbridge Wells location on a regular basis and can’t say enough about the staff and level of training the new staff are given by management specifically, Harish and his team as he sees peers move on to promotional roles at other locations. The service’s second to none always accommodating and professional!!

  WEe rented a van here for many times with positive experience, despite the last one. My husband booked a van for three days, we prepaid for it almost £150, received booking confirmation. And then one hour later to find out that there is no available van to get. We had to urgently look for the alternative, spent more money than planned and still haven't received thw refund back. Called them on Monday to be told it is 3-5 business days, called them today to find out that it is actually 7-10 business days that we need to wait for our money to come back. Why is your site allows to pay and book something that is not available? How is it possible and why should we wait for our money for the service that wasn't provided for 10 days?
