  So helpful at a time I felt very vulnerable. Car could have done with a clean before hire, but the service and helpfulness of the Manager was excellent

  Excellent customer service, so pleased with our car very good condition and didn't let us down even though we did many miles, pick up and drop off easy highly recommended, we will be using Enterprise again.

  The guys at the Sittingbourne branch went above and beyond to make sure I’ve got the right car for myself and the family, the car was lovely and a great drive, would definitely use enterprise again should I need a rental car

  Awful, was returning a car after breaking down on way to Europe on holiday. Arrranged by RAC through Dover enterprise but my car was being taken for repair to Sittingbourne so I asked how I was supposed to get it when I came back. Was told to return the hire car to Sittingbourne but as it closes at 1 I would have to be back by then. Had to pay to change my ferry and come home early from holiday. Had been told they would be able to take me to where my car was but when I got here they refused telling me they were ‘too busy’. I explained why I can get in a taxi and also that I have a disability but they didn’t care. When I mentioned that I felt they were quite heartless and people in Scotland would go out of their way to help it wasn’t well received and I was told I should be grateful they called me a taxi. Well Enterprise, I think you showed a lack of common decency, a lack of understanding and an unwillingness to help. Won’t ever use you again. Oh and you haven’t been that busy only one person has arrived while I’ve been waiting
