  First google maps takes you to the wrong place. Luckily in my case a kind person drove me to the actual location. My appointment to pick up my car was at12:30 I eventually got served at 13:40 (yes passed their closing time) Once I got served their third party system couldnt link me to my address. So they could not proceed to payment. I asked to do it via my business they said i couldnt do it. I said why didnt you check this whilst I was on the phone to you, they said the customer service people dont have access to this system checking system. I wasted about 2hrs of my life. Then I get charged £38 for that nightmare. Feedback. Change the sequencing.. the user should find out they cant actually get the car whilst on the phone.. if it's impossible for the customer service officer to run such a check on the phone, then flag it in their script.. i.e we will run a check to see if you are associated with an address and sometimes our 3rd party system cant assoicate you to the address. These are your options... etc. I will never use you again and will advise people not to use your rubbish and ill designed service.

  Would give 0 starts if I could. Husband and I are relocating today, 4 and a half hours away. 3 days ago we paid for a large van to pick up from Sevenoaks and drop back in Liverpool, for collection at 8am. Only to get a call at 7:57am saying they dont have a large van for us. Asked if she can check if any other branches have the van we need, without even checking I've said they dont. Asked if they could provide 2 medium vans instead, she said no. Incredibly unhelpful, incredibly rude, and actually lied about other branches having them, since we are now on our way to pick up a van from Cateram (20 minutes away).

  Rented a small van to help with a house move. Had to wait nealy 30 minutes to be allocated the van because of a queue due to staff shortage. I took numerous photos of the numerous scratches etc and opened the back door to find the van floor covered in white dust. The previous user was either a plasterer or a large scale drugs mule. Thankfully I had a few dust sheets and by the time we'd loaded and unloaded 4 times, my dust sheets had more or less cleared the dust and dirt from Enterprise's vehicle. I also had some faff returning the vehicle which I won't bore you with. If I had a viable alternative hire company nearby I'd try them.

  Great service collecting the car. Poor service returning. 'cut in the tyre' - genuinely tiny wear and tear mark. Take the coverage if you hire here, or it seems they will sting you. Very disappointed, will not return.
