  Hired from Tuesday to Saturday. I said I might need extension, said it was fine and that he would call me the day before to see if I’m needing it. No call from them, so I called myself on Friday asking for an extension for another week. Price online was £350, they told me i had to pay £760. (£410 more than online rate) “Those are your choices pay or give the van back tomorrow” I was outraged by this as it was in my notes that I might have needed an extension and this van was obviously double booked. The excuse I was given “vans are in high demand…” - I understand that but being self employed and then missing out on work over the bank holiday from this was so damaging to my business. Will not be using again. Also please tell your staff to be more careful and vigilant in the car park when parking vans, he flung the door open after parking and it went straight into my partners car leaving a mark… if this was the other way round £2,500 worth of excess would be leaving my account. I rarely leave bad reviews. This isn’t a dig. I just want you to slow your pace down a bit more. People are having to spend their hard earned money to hire vans to try and keep earning… it can be made a lot easier if there’s more respect. Thank you

  My insurance company made the booking with Enterprise, it all worked seamlessly without any issues. The car choice was matched to my current vehicle and was brand new! The staff at the Maidstone south branch were really helpful and understanding, when it came to handing the car back I was then able to personally rebook the car and extend a couple of days at my cost to so that I can arrange my mode of transport. Thanks

  AVOID. Claimed damage three days after I returned the van in the exact same condition as I collected it, this was agreed at the site and I was asked to sign an iPad for the return of my deposit. Now I have an email after 3 days from damage recovery stating that I have broken the plywood in the rear of the van and that when challenged at site I disputed this claim. LIES. Will never use this company again in this country or another and strongly recommend that other people avoid them. Rip off con artists

  First class experience renting a medium SUV from Enterprise Maidstone South. The car was a joy, a recent Peugeot 3008 hybrid. It was incredibly well presented, wonderful to drive and economic to run. I loved it! The staf, especially Luke were helpful, friendly and professional. Luke explained the vehicle, terms and conditions and optional extra charges really well and I was able to make informed choices. Extending my rental period was really easy. The pricing was competitive, especially given the quality of vehicle and customer service. The location is easy to get to and the site is well laid out meaning that leaving in an unfamiliar car was not too challenging. I do not hesitate to recommend Enterprise Maidstone South
