  Rating: 1/5 ⭐ I booked and paid for a car in advance with the Maidstone Central branch. On the collection day the employee (Joshua) told me I needed a physical credit card to rent the car, which I don't have. This requirement wasn't mentioned in my confirmation email or on the website, despite booking weeks in advance. The employee just repeated the same response 'it's our policy, nothing we can do' and eventually hung up on me. I was then charged a £40 fee for a car I never received. Unreliable, unprofessional and unethical company. Avoid.

  Terrible experience. I paid for a Mercedes E-Class but was given a BMW 3 Series instead. These vehicles are not in the same pricing or premium category, despite what I was told. The E-Class is a larger, more luxurious executive vehicle, while the 3 Series is positioned in a lower segment and is priced accordingly. To make matters worse, the vehicle I received was not presented to an acceptable standard of hygiene, which was very disappointing for a premium rental. Overall, I feel I did not receive the vehicle I paid for, and the handling of my complaint has been equally poor. I would not recommend booking if you expect to receive the class of vehicle you have paid for or a vehicle prepared to an appropriate standard.

  Never answer there phone. Was told to arrive TK collect a car and none were available so had to get a cab back home. The staff in this store need customer service training and they need staff to answer phone calls.

  Booked a van Monday afternoon for Wednesday rental, was told Tuesday morning that it was actually not available and a refund would be issued with no alternative suggestions. Called them, was told they had a different van type so we booked it Tuesday morning. Got a call Tuesday at 4pm to inform us the van was not available. 2 hours before close of business for most rental companies. Unacceptable service, leaving us panicked looking for a very last minute back up for literally the next day with zero support from other branches etc. Waste of time.
