- AGA G4 days ago1.0Never answer there phone. Was told to arrive TK collect a car and none were available so had to get a cab back home. The staff in this store need customer service training and they need staff to answer phone calls.
- SMSophie McGrathJun 2, 20261.0Booked a van Monday afternoon for Wednesday rental, was told Tuesday morning that it was actually not available and a refund would be issued with no alternative suggestions. Called them, was told they had a different van type so we booked it Tuesday morning. Got a call Tuesday at 4pm to inform us the van was not available. 2 hours before close of business for most rental companies. Unacceptable service, leaving us panicked looking for a very last minute back up for literally the next day with zero support from other branches etc. Waste of time.
