- KKKatieJun 12, 20261.0This review is not a reflection of the level of service received before / during the hire - which was excellent. But honestly, after this. They’ve caused nothing but stress / wasted time - and I would not recommend their services to others. 1) after my rental agreement expired, I received 2no. £35 administration invoices for unpaid tolls. 2) these unpaid tolls were not incurred by myself, but rather than interrogate this, my details were issued to the authority / the above mentioned administration invoices were issued. 3) I have now had 3 phone calls (with the Gravesend branch, customer services, their traffic violation department) and 2 interactions with their online chat (which doesn’t work on the iPhone) to be asked to provide all information to an email address which responds in 3-5working days and on top of this, any conclusion will not be remedied with the Dartford crossing authority, so I will need to liaise with them directly. I genuinely think this may be a bit of a scam, as like, it would be so easy to miss the original email / not be willing to go through the effort of challenging this.. and i think that’s what they rely on to make money. So… in summary, go elsewhere!!
