- NKNadun Kuruppu6 days ago1.0I completely agree with the previous comment . AVOID using enterprise at all. This lady claims she is the manager and she is day time robber. I prepaid for the vehicle and they falsified the fuel I used and charged me £70 odd pounds for 9 litres of fuel. Luckily I had pictures to show what fuel level it was when we picked and dropped the vehicle. When I questioned her that I don’t agree she altered the fuel charge few times to see if I would allow her to charge me more. I kept on disagreeing until she accounted for the fuel charge fairly at £16.20. She then said she will process the refunds. This was on the 17th June and by 18th June I received 2 refunds still with a short of £18.11. I called in on the 18th and I had been told this will be processed and I rang again on the 23rd and she now says she needs to speak to the accounts and it will take a further 3-5 working days. Either she cannot do the math or robbing the customers in a way they don’t realise. I am sorry I’m an accountant, so I know my numbers. I believe you should not charge but compensate for the time you waste in people. Avoid at all costs. They are ROBBERS!
