  I’m sharing my experience because I believe it may be useful to anyone considering using this service. Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Kelly was very disappointing. I found the communication to be unprofessional and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The van I had arranged was cancelled at very short notice. This resulted in a financial loss of over £4,000 for me and caused significant inconvenience. I contacted Kelly by phone to explain the situation and try to find a solution. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were handled appropriately, and I was not offered an alternative vehicle or another solution at the time. I have since raised the matter with the company's customer service team and am taking the appropriate steps to address the financial loss I experienced. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. I hope the company takes the matter seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled in the future. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers make sure all arrangements are confirmed clearly before relying on a vehicle being available

  My reservation was booked 1 month in advance but was booked out by another branch completely leaving me without a car and costing me a lot of time and incinvenience

  We rented from Enterprise recently and have had the most horrendous experience which remains ongoing. Avoid at all costs! We rented a van (which was not the van we paid for) and were charged upon return for damages which were caused by a botch repair job by them on a previous set of damages. The guys were unable to explain how we could have possible caused this damage ourselves and we have been charged twice for the damages, second time with an added £75 of ‘admin costs’. Needless to say we will be escalating this to a small claims court but please save yourself the time and energy. Our pile of evidence to prove the ‘damages’ were of a botch repair job were completely ignored by their in house team (surprise surprise). Nothing but an awful experience from start to now, months later.
