I needed a tyre urgently as I split side wall.
Explained to me to turn up and wait as short of fitters which I was happy to do. All staff were working flat out and in some extreme heat with no shade or shelter in fitting bays. I know some people got fed up with waiting but that just put me nearer the top of list quicker. Kriss was running around checking people in, checking tyre stock, fitting and doing invoices and taking payments. Many thanks guys for doing the best in the hot weather. Used Invicta tyres before, and this time and will again

Thank you Invicta Tyres, especially Peter who worked on our (filthy) car in the (stinking) heat...
The team were all very friendly, and worked efficiently despite an influx of drop-in customers and extraordinarily hot weather.

I can't recommend Invicta Tyres in Wincheap, Canterbury highly enough. Peter in particular was absolutely brilliant today.
From start to finish, the service was friendly, fast, and incredibly accommodating. I needed to get to work quickly, and they went out of their way to help me and get everything sorted without delay.
What really stands out is how fair and honest they are. You never feel like you're being upsold or taken advantage of, which is sadly quite rare these days. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you're getting exactly what you need at a reasonable price.
Excellent customer service, great value, and genuinely trustworthy people. I really appreciated their help today and wouldn't go anywhere else for tyres. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a tyre pressure warning light come on while travelling and stopped by this garage for help. Peter was incredibly kind and helpful. He checked the tyre pressure, removed and thoroughly inspected the wheel, cleaned it, and made sure there were no punctures or nails. It turned out the issue was simply that the tyre pressure hadn’t been properly set after a previous tyre change.
Despite spending quite a bit of time helping us, Peter wouldn’t accept any payment. Outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. Thank you, Peter — we really appreciated your help and would highly recommend this garage!

Today. after a less than easy few weeks? three kind strangers on the road pointed out my pancake flat tyre and I limped to Invivta Tyres at 4pm. There the delightful Peter took charge, repaired my tyre & was super kind. Thank you Peter. 5 stars & kindness. Plus shout out to gents at Mr Clutch who pumped up the tyre and sent me to you.
