  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience with Enterprise! The branch manager was amazing — extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. Honestly, the level of customer service was much better than any other nearby branch I’ve used. He really made me feel valued as a customer, and that makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch and recommending it to friends and family. Excellent service, excellent team, and a manager who truly knows how to look after customers. 👌👏⭐️

  While I had to wait longer than the collection time I booked, this was not Enterprises fault, but booking.com's, enterprise were very good at communicating this and giving me options of a different type of ar or later collection. The car i had, a Peugeot 2008, was lovely to drive and very well kept. In fact I now want one! The price was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again.

  Great car to drive with good sat nav and was great to drive. I would pick enterprise again next time I hire a car.

  You should avoid enterprise at all costs. I booked a van to move home a week before i needed it, only to be phoned about an hour and a half before picking it up, to be told the van i booked wasn't available and I'd have to have a smaller van and they would compensate me which turned out they didn't Charge me for the fuel I used which was under 15 miles worth ( thanks for saving me that whole £1). Upon returning they told me I had damaged the tyre causing a "gauge" see photo, which in my opinion is just general wear and tear and i would be charged for a new tyre. This i am disputing so i will update this review with out come. If you are tempted to hire from this company you will need to take your own photos of every inch of the vehicle and tyres so you are not charged for wear and tear. On a side note if you do hire from this company you should take out the extra £25 excess cover as i was told without out it any damage they find on it (and they probably will) the excess you have to pay is £2500 for each item they find. I have never dealt with such a terrible company as this.

  Great experience with our recent hire from the team at the Broadstairs branch. We needed a van at short notice for a trip to Arnhem in the Netherlands to collect some museum exhibits. The overseas paperwork was arranged very quickly, and everything went smoothly even after the van we were originally due to take was subject to a last-minute manufacturer recall. Particular thanks are due to team member Sophie, who kindly did her best to keep us updated and ensured that the collection and return of the van went smoothly.
