    All the staff at the Ashford, Kent site are brilliant, including the Site Manager. As a regular customer, I have consistently experienced excellent service. I would like to give a special thank you to Ramesh and Addi. They are always polite, welcoming, and serve customers with a smile. Their customer service and product knowledge are outstanding, and they always make every visit a pleasant experience. Please pass on my sincere thanks to them. They truly deserve recognition, and I hope the company will acknowledge their outstanding work with the compliments they have earned. I am always impressed by the professionalism of the whole team.     After the branch manager Robin emailed me, I replied regarding the issue with my rental from the Ashford branch. It has now been a month with zero reply or acknowledgment, despite my follow-ups. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable — especially after the branch manager personally voiced his willingness to follow up. I was downgraded on my rental and have still not received the refund I’m owed. I had a positive experience with the local Ashford team initially, but the ongoing silence has turned the whole situation into a very frustrating one. Customers deserve at least a basic response and timeline, regardless of whether the issue involves billing, vehicle upgrades, or refunds. I hope Enterprise improves its customer support response times. I will update this review if the matter is finally resolved.
