  Enterprise are perfect for us as they allow for drivers over the age of 70 to hire & drive a car. Great website, easy to book car. Friendly staff at the Newport office. Pick up & drop off at beginning and end of hire available which helps a lot.

  I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my booking and the inconvenience I experienced. When collecting the car, I encountered an issue with the car keys, as the batteries needed to be replaced. This problem caused a significant loss of time, as I was required to return to your premises again in order to have the issue resolved. Furthermore, I had made my booking online for 12:00 pm. However, due to a number of issues encountered during the collection process, I arrived at approximately 1:00 pm. Even after my arrival, I had to wait additional time before the booking time could be properly confirmed. Despite the time lost being caused by operational and technical issues that were entirely outside my control, I was not offered any extension to the rental period. I find this particularly unreasonable, as the time available to me was inevitably reduced as a direct result of issues that were not caused by me. I expected a greater level of customer care and a more appropriate solution under the circumstances, particularly given that the time I lost was a direct consequence of the problems encountered during the collection process. I therefore request that this matter be reviewed and that you consider providing an appropriate refund or compensation for the time lost and the inconvenience caused. I look forward to receiving your response and to a satisfactory resolution of this complaint

  Had a very good price on a weekend hire and very helpful staff who facilitated a 5.00 metre van - which was key to avoid exorbitant ferry fare on Isle of Wight. Will definitely use again.

  It was an ok experience, but prefer Avis or Budget. Nicer cars and less add ons which are pushed a little aggressively.

  Brilliant customer service. The staff at pick up and drop off were so lovely and helpful. We were encouraged to video/picture the van before we took it. Clear instructions and the vehicle given was better than the one we thought we had rented.(We have only used Enterprise twice and both times we have had an upgrade for no extra cost). Thank you Newport IOW. You have been fantastic and we will use you again.
