- NDNikki Dutton3 days ago5.0At last I have found a trustworthy, polite, comfortable and extremely professional garage. I am a lady who has searched for years to find a garage i feel I can trust. I was treated with the upmost of respect and I actually believed I was given the right advice, not felt ripped off and lied to. Ive had many negative experiences with various garages over the years. I really dont like to say this but I will as I want women, who has no idea of cars to be put in the right hands. Masterfit gave me endless anxiety, stress and was taken for a fool. No space to park, customer service was absolutely awful, in fact felt quite intimidated and I know I was ripped off. I have tried endless garages and finally hit the jackpot!!... The garage itself looks very well organised, spacious, clean looking, can park without feeling rushed. I must say that Pat in particular was kind, I felt was honest and I just felt looked after. Unfortunately my MOT failed, but the cost felt right and was explained extremely politely. I paid £600 more last year at IJ walker for the exact same problem to do with my suspension, but this year it was the other side. Please, if you are a nervous woman/man who has no idea of cars and want to feel looked after and not intimidated or will be ripped off , go here. Its taken so many garages to find the right one and now I have. Thank you so much to the team!!
- AAAndrew AsquithAug 20, 20261.0Took for a wheel alignment following the fitting of a steering rack. Couple of weeks after, car starts feeling loose on bends, wondering at speed. Took it back to have them double check and they did have to readjust the tracking but they said, only slightly but couldn't find anything else wrong with any other components. Contacted the person who fitted the rack after having another garage check rear components (just to be sure it wasn't something else) and took it back the 85 miles (cautiously) to Spalding assuming it could be nothing else but the rack that was faulty. How wrong could I have been. Nothing wrong with the rack, took him 5 minutes to diagnose and fix. A track rod end hadn't been locked in properly and was loose (to the point he said "they could have killed you" Needless to say, it was resolved in 5 minutes by the mechanic who fitted the rack but, after a second alignment and components check, how on earth was this missed? So, initial alignment ended up costing me £76, they did the check on it the second time for free but a trip away cost me £210 hiring a car that really wouldn't have been necessary if they had diagnosed a simple problem I will certainly never use use them again

Done tracking with them, paid £220 and after 5 months, 16k miles my front tyres worm only on inside and tracking was worse then before, car been used mostly on highway and they were asking money again for the job, will never use them again for no service, they are just ripping of people.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
