  I was completely gas lighted by the staff. Horrific customer service . I would 100% not go back or recommend them. they are rude and liars . Car dirty no petrol below the red and then try and charge me for petrol. And then tell me it was refunded but wasn’t

  I’ve hired cars from these guys several times, until lately! They are crooks in this branch, hired a seven seater car to take the family away one weekend, when I arrived to collect the car, I was asked if I needed the seven seater!! Even though I had booked one for an 8am collection I was told I’d have to wait until 6pm for the seven seater, they could offer me a five seater instead. Not impressed with this but it gets worse. I was then told by them that I could have the tank of fuel for free or have money taken off my booking. I opted for the fuel, left the garage with the five seater. When I returned it a few days later I was questioned why the fuel was low, when I explained what had happened the guy said they don’t do that with the fuel. A week later they returned my deposit less the fuel cost, tried calling several times with no reply. I gave up in the end and will never be using these guys again.

  While I was waiting for my new car purchase to be completed, I needed a rental vehicle for a few weeks. I used two Enterprise branches, Enfield and Watford Town Centre, and both provided an excellent experience. Honestly, if anyone asks me where to rent a car, my answer would be Enterprise without hesitation. Their customer service is outstanding, and they really go above and beyond to help customers. From start to finish, the service was friendly, efficient, and professional.

  Signed off a van to me with no adblue, a tyre with a slow puncture and a flap hanging underneath. Told me the flap hanging down is fine? I don’t think so. Even had a stranger parked up telling me it’s hanging down. I went back to them to tell them that enterprise always give vans with no adblue, I think it’s a running joke inside the company to have to make customers pay for their own adblue. I went back to them to refill it, then told them the front tyre needs air, they filled it and said maybe a sensor had been knocked that’s why the air was going down. Driven far away for a job and the tyre is low again!!! Clearly a slow puncture. It’s not about health and safety with this company but get as many rentals out as possible without checking, told I can go to a kick fit or national tyre to get it changed. These companies were reluctant as they said enterprise take ages to sign off the vans. Ridiculous service and not happy at all with the lack of ‘signing off’ unfit vehicles
