  Excellent service very kind staff can't do enough . Smart careing informative and just lovely people the car was excellent condition and got a nice courtesy car to was so clean tidy full tank make sure full on return .didn't want to bring car back 😂 thankyou enterprise I will deffo be back great company no issues even collecting car was quick and easy take id etc job done and drive away . Thankyou staff in Stevenage xxxx

  They get a 5* review. I had an issue with them asking me for information about my employer etc, I am not comfortable volunteering too much information to be sitting on someo company's database. Despite my heightened tone, Jo and Elliot handled the situation in an exemplary manner. The van I rented was brand new with only 4000 miles on it. I was given the full inspection before signing and the terms and conditions were explained properly.

  Excellent service! I have used many times Enterprise Car Hire, but the Stevenage branch outperformed all my previous experiences. Patrick and Hannah were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to assist my family and me with our additional requests. They were professional, friendly, patient, and always happy to answer any questions we had. What stood out the most was their positive attitude — they managed everything with a smile and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for such outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend the Stevenage branch to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming car hire experience.

  ★☆☆☆☆ – Terrible Experience – Enterprise, Stevenage I have rented cars from this branch for five or six years, and almost every visit has involved problems. This time was the worst. After being quoted excessive charges, including insurance and a £1,750 damage excess, I decided to book online directly with Enterprise, where I secured a much better deal. When I returned, I felt the staff were retaliating against me for finding a lower price. They questioned my valid Canadian driving licence because my British licence had expired and was being renewed. Despite having proof of renewal, they refused to accept it and raised further issues about my credit cards and matching addresses. It felt like one excuse after another to avoid giving me the vehicle. Their refusal caused serious inconvenience, as I had important medical appointments to attend. I contacted Enterprise’s head office but received no response. My advice: Avoid this branch and book directly through Enterprise’s head office or website. In my experience, the staff were misleading, unhelpful and unnecessarily difficult. After years as a customer, I have completely lost trust in this branch.

  The staff at this branch are absolutely amazing, I've used them a few times over the years but this time has truly been a masterclass in good customer service. I received a car as a courtesy car after my personal car received a rear end smash, the member of staff who served me "Elliott" was incredibly understanding of situation and was very patient with me after I forgot some of the paperwork I was admittedly told to bring. He was incredibly professional and courteous. Unfortunately I had a minor issue with the vehicle and rang the branch, the female member of staff was friendly but professional on the phone and she helped me by booking me in to come back. (I totally forgot to get her name but 5* to mystery female member of staff) When I arrived I was greeted by Aaron who quickly checked with me what the issue was and he quickly resolved the issue in an incredibly professional manner with it feeling too clinical. I 100% recommend this branch from my personal experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
