  Great customer service in this branch - they always go above and beyond. Everytime I rent there are a nice selection of cars, apart from one. However, I have never seen that car back at the branch. The manager and colleagues are always helpful and are open to feedback.

  I had a very positive experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Hatfield branch. When I collected the car, there were some unexpected complications concerning the accepted forms of payment, particularly for the deposit, and it took quite a long time to resolve. However, the staff did not simply reject or cancel my booking. Instead, they were very helpful and supportive, explored the available options and ultimately found a solution so that I could still have a car to use. The car was clean, well presented and relatively new — a 25-registration vehicle. I would especially like to thank Ishrag, who was polite, sincere and genuinely committed to helping throughout the process. Despite the difficulties and the time involved, he remained patient, gentle, respectful and understanding, without showing frustration. I collected the car on a busy Saturday, when a pick-up service could not be arranged. However, when I returned it, the team kindly gave me a lift to the nearby train station I requested. Many thanks to the Hatfield branch and the whole team for their helpful and considerate service.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this car rental company. We submitted all the required documents more than two weeks before the scheduled collection date and reasonably expected that any verification issues would be identified and communicated well in advance. Instead, on the day we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were informed that our address had not been verified and that the rental could not proceed. This last-minute decision caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our plans. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the staff especially Gabriel were entirely unsupportive and showed little interest in helping us find a solution. Rather than taking responsibility for the company's failure to complete the verification process in a timely manner, they simply turned us away without offering any meaningful assistance. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care was unacceptable. I deeply regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to think carefully before relying on their services, especially if they have important travel plans that depend on a rental vehicle.
