  To be fair I didnt expect miracles as paid half price online for front wheel tracking afyer having two new front tyres fitted by a mobile fitter. Booked online for an 0830 appointment next day. Quite pleased to get this at such short notice. Its my daughter's car and as I had replaced the lower arms I knew tracking needed doing so I asked her to take it in on her way to me. She was advised it would take an hour so she left it with them. About 30 mins later I get a call as I did the booking telling me there is a problem, the inner and outer track rod arms were bent and seized both sides and needed replacing. What a load of cobblers. I politely declined and said my daughter would be back to pick up the car. They guy seemed shocked that I didn't want the work done. When I said I would unseize it and bring it back he changed the story and said they had done that but as it was bent it just kept pinging back. Remember I had been under the car the day before fitting new lower arms. I knew full well what the state of the steering rack and track rods were in. My daughter brought the car back to me and I jacked it up straight away and low and behold they hadn't even touched it. Absolutely no marks or movements in any of the adjustment parts etc, the clips for the boots that he claimed were twisted hadnt been touched. The inner and outer arms were perfectly straight and I freed off the lock nuts with a little bit of effort and the track arm wound in and out with no issues at all. I even slid the clips off the end of the gaiters so the rod moved freely and didnt grip the boot when they adjusted it. I took it back myself as I suspect they saw my daughter and thought they would chance it for unescessary work. To be fair I walked in and asked them to do the tracking and they fitted me in quite promptly. But what a waste of time, they adjusted it and gave me a printout after I asked for one. Barely in tolerance with each side right on the borderline and when I get in to drive off the steering wheel isn't even straight (off to the left to go straight ahead. )They didnt even put the clips back onto the ends of the gaiters. Appalling job for such a basic simple process. Whilst I was sat in the waiting room I couldn't believe what was being said to some customers for work on their cars. One guy bought his car in for noise on front nearside and within ten minutes of handing the keys over it was diagnosed and needing a full replacement drive shaft and and wheel bearing, on a 72 plate Citroën... I could go on hearing what was side to three other customers whilst I was waiting made me quite shocked how gullable some people are. It probably helps that I know my way round cars but my god how this place gets away with it is shocking.

  Very disappointing experience. The guy at the counter doesn’t sound like he wants to work there - totally unhelpful. I attended my scheduled tyre fitting appointment only to be told that the tyres were not there without even checking - guy at counter said that you ordered a week ago, won’t be here as we can’t keep tyre since then. But I chose fitment date a week after. After contacting Blackcircles, I was informed that the tyres had been delivered to the garage the previous day. I returned to the garage and explained this, but the staff were unhelpful and simply insisted that they did not have the tyres. No effort was made to investigate further, check delivery records, or assist in resolving the issue. As a customer, I was left stuck between the garage and the supplier, wasting my time and making multiple unnecessary trips. My vehicle currently has a punctured tyre, so this situation has caused significant inconvenience. I would have expected much better customer service and a willingness to help find a solution. Blackcircles also later confirmed after investigating the matter that the garage in fact had the tyre, but the guy at the counter didn’t want to check. The garage owners shouldn’t force someone to work who clearly has ZERO interest in working. Based on my experience, I would not use this garage again. STAY AWAY Update: they never even reverted despite emailing them as per their follow up on this review! Keep away!

  I drove 30 mins with a flat tire, only to be turned away 30 mins before closing. Terrible customer service.

  3 hour wait for a booked appointment, didn’t liaise with the lease company re payment and then tried to take hostage of my car. Avoid at all costs.

  Lease car in for tyre change, tyre changed but told computer down. Wouldn’t even sell the tyre to me. Just no have to swop the tyre back. Really poor attitude no attempt to sort this out at all. No duty manager or any contact from any one that had any sensibility. Ended up waisting an hour because they cannot work a computer or a till to sell a tyre.
