  I would never recommend using this site to anyone. While collecting my hire car I was told we needed to do a walk around together. The agent then tried to sell me all the covers under the sun which I refused, saying I must have money if I can afford to pay the £4000 (per item of damage incl tyres). He then gave me the keys & said no walk round the car is needed(found that strange behaviour). I was not told anything about the car other than it was manual. 2 days into my hire car I needed to refuel which I attempted to put diesel in(£10 worth) when it was a petrol car. Sounds stupid of me but I have not had a brand new car since Brexit so I wasn't aware of the change from it stating diesel/unleaded on the tank to these new codes. When I rang enterprise they said "oh we only use petrol cars" like I was meant to know this already. They then said if they had to phone the AA themselves I would be responsible for any damage the incorrect fuel would cause. So I rang them using my own policy, but it seems the AA used Enterprises. Anyway the fuel was pumped out, no damages to the car, lost a day's wages & off I went. Filled the car with petrol & handed the car back to Enterprise. The person I dealt with this time was great, he even advised he would speak to the initial agent for not showing me round the car & not telling me the fuel type. He was aware of the AA call out also.The car was checked & fuel level was checked, which then he said brilliant all done. I asked if that was it, nothing else to pay and was advised no which I then received my refund 3 days later. Fast forward 6/7 weeks later, no more correspondence and to my shock they had taken £287 out the bank. They didn't advise me this was happening, that money was for bills. When I rang the branch they were useless, saying we dont have to tell you and nothing else can be done. They could of taken any amounts of money out of that account without telling me. AVOID this branch like the plague, if your not buying their add-ons aka making them a bonus then customer care wont exist.

  Provided a hire car after my vehicle was written off, staff where friendly and helpful, car was clean. While the experience of a car accident and a write off is always unpleasant, I have absolutely no complaints for enterprise! Thank you for your patients and understanding with me.

  Very competitive prices, friendly staff, process all very easy for pickup and drop off. Would recommend and will use again 👍

  I was very happy with my car hire from enterprise after being in an accident my motability car had to be repaired and enterprise have me a like for like car to hire they even arranged for it to be picked up from my home when my own car was fixed.
