  Needed a new tyre as mine blow late on Friday night on our way up to the area from the south to see our son. I know all the tyres were getting old so I looked on line to find a garage near by to get some new ones. All though Brixton garage was not open on Saturday, there website was great to let me find, order and book an appointment for Monday. All good so far! The appointment was booked for 12pm on there website but as soon as they opened at 8.30am Monday morning I rang to make sure they had my booking and was still ok to come at 12noon. No was the answer, drop the car off at 2pm and we will fit you in some time in the afternoon I was told!! I said the appointment was for 12noon and I had a 10 hour drive down to Norwich that day, but still no after 2pm I was told. Also it was over an hour job to fit 4 tyres!!! So just incase I arrived at 1.30 to drop off the car but was told they all go for lunch now!!! What could I do? At 3.30pm I came back to see how things were going, only to find I could see my car with only two wheels done. Another half an hour later my car came out the garage!!!! Yes the tyres were all fitted but dose it really take two and a half hours to fit some tyres and especially when I ask if they could do it as soon as possible due to my long drive ahead. ??? I don’t think they were bothered about me and my problems, just another customer needing some tyres !! So 0 for customer service and 7 for the fact I could book on line and book an appointment. Would I use them again if I was in the area and needed some work? Probably not !! There are plenty more garages in the area so shop around in you like me like good customer service. It doesn’t take much.

  Avoid .Had my car booked in to get minor work done turned up said they had not bothered with the booking and said no chance to doing the work will never use them again

  A small job booked in, fixed in an hour or so, fair price, what else could you ask for. Will be back for MOT.

  We were in the Nairn area on holiday and had a flat tyre. Chris at Bitz Garage was extremely helpful and found the puncture and sorted out a new tyre. Thank you. Would highly recommend. Great service. Dr Sylvia Davies
