As a long time user of enterprise, it was the same great service I always experience. The car was perfect for touring the Highlands. The team in the office were pleasant and attentive. Only slight inconvenience is that there isn't a key dropbox for returning the car early/out of hours.

This is one of the best rental car places I’ve ever rented from before. The agents working there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Normally you spend so much time getting the car and this was quick and easy. We got a great car at a very good price and had a wonderful experience. And we were told it was no problem to extend if needed so we did. Five star service! Thank you.

Another atrocious experience with Enterprise. I had misgivings given our last bad experience at a different branch, but I was not organising this aspect of things and was overruled. We reserved a small van for a week, but when we arrived were given no other realistic option other than to pay to upgrade to a car, since what we were given was in fact a medium van, which is considerably larger than a Renault Kangoo and would not be possible to park where we needed to. The person showing us the vehicle didn't even point this out, she apparently thought we wouldn't notice. No chance. The size difference is considerable. Not possible to describe it with a straight face as "similar" to a Renault Kangoo, which is what we reserved - "Renault Kangoo or similar". So as I say we were forced to pay to upgrade to a car, which by this point I am pretty sure is the intended outcome... hook you in with the low price and then switch on you when you have no other options.
