  My experience though started tad shaky was converted into a very good one by personalized and professional handling of the situation. My pick up was delayed as the car I chose wasn’t available hence had to choose a lower grade vehicle. The sales lady ‘Alicia’ immediately made up with the cost differential and also offered any other likely assistance. The return was a breeze with Ryan dropping us back to the Station for our train in time. Totally recommend them for good cars and friendly service.

  Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a serious payment issue, caused by my bank, not Enterprise, and the staff did everything they could to get me in the vehicle as quick as possible. The vehicle was clean, in good condition and prices very competitive. I would definitely hire from Enterprise again.

  After a less than pleasant experience with Budget in Ireland sending us trapsing all over town with our luggage to get the car and vague contract price details, we decided to go with Enterprise in Inverness. As well. mainly because we came in late on the train so just taxied to our accommodation which was not right in town, and we knew that Enterprise would come and pick us up before the rental too. A shout out to Ryan! And other friendly staff. Who made the process easy and comfortable, and even called us back later when we had a question on the receipt. What a nice place to rent a vehicle. Next time would probably do as others suggest and get a Fiat instead of the Vauxhall which was not maybe ideal on Skye, but we made it work fine. My husband liked the Navi gal's sexy voice, LOL!

  Needed to hire a van in Inverness for 24 hours for a house move. Eilish provided a great service both on collection and return start. A reasonable hire price and I took the option to pay for fuel used when I returned the van,rather than trying to find a petrol station nearby. Would definitely use Enterprise again.

  We rented a car back here in May. The same day less than 3 hours after the car had a check engine light and could not drive. We called and got road side assistance to come look at it, and he said it should be towed back, but it was too late to do it that day. The next day we called enterprise and they said we have to call back road side service to get it towed that took half a day. Then they had no cars left to rent so we had to pay for a taxi ourselves to the enterprise at the airport in Inverness to get a car from them. The entire time they kept telling us they will refund it for the 2 days and excursion we missed out on. Even dropping off the car the person said yes we will get a partial refund and showed on the computer him putting it in. After landing in the US we never go a refund. Multiple emails ignored from Jack Dayer who initially rented us the car and Tom at the Edinburgh airport. Tried a charge back and that was denied because enterprise says we had a car in our possession the whole time. ONE CAR DID NOT WORK at all and took away our only 2 days in Inverness. We were lied to saying we would be refunded and made whole for the situation. Not once did they say you will not be getting a refund. We did not expect a full refund. Only the $296 they cost us from their vehicle failing.
