  Staff in Inverness & Edinburgh (especially Fin) were wonderful. So helpful & patient with my questions in Inverness airport & Fin made the drop off in Edinburgh so easy. I also extended a few times & the people on the phone were also so helpful. App works well too. We'll done, I will always choose Enterprise now. (I gave up on Budget completely)

  Car that we got worked well and but was bigger than expected, again. Have had 3 different bookings in the last few months, from multiple enterprise sites and get differing information about what category a small car is. Want a small car for a reason, and I understand that a lot of newer cars are just bigger now, but if you can't provide small cars, don't advertise and take bookings for them. The car itself was fine, the customer service needs work.

  After being involved in a road traffic accident in the Scottish Highlands (which was entirely not our fault), we arrived at the Enterprise Inverness Airport branch feeling extremely stressed and unsure how to proceed. Our rental car had a completely shattered rear side window, and we urgently needed assistance to continue our journey. From the moment we arrived, Caitlin was exceptional. She immediately listened to what had happened, reassured us, and took ownership of the situation. She handled everything with remarkable professionalism, efficiency and kindness, arranging a replacement vehicle incredibly quickly and making what had been a very stressful experience feel straightforward. What impressed us most was not only how efficient she was, but also how genuinely caring and empathetic she was. When you’ve just been involved in an accident, having someone who remains calm, explains everything clearly and makes you feel looked after makes all the difference. Caitlin is an absolute credit to Enterprise, and the entire Inverness Airport team was professional, organised and customer-focused. Thanks to them, we were able to continue our holiday with minimal disruption. Thank you again for turning a very difficult day into a positive experience. We are truly grateful and would not hesitate to rent from this branch again.
