  I hired a car on May, one way from Edinbirgh Waverley to Inverness airport. During my rental I had a tyre blow out. The first issue was that I had no spare tyre or jack, just a useless puncture repair kit that is useless for the damage that I received; leaving me stranded for half a day. I paid out of pocket for a tow truck and new tyre. Now I have been charged £75 for the roadside assistance, despite me having already paid out of pocket. Upon returning the car at Inverness airport on May 20, I was promised a follow up phone call from Enterprise, after I had expressed my frustration at misinformation I had received regarding my car hire. I still have not received this phone call.

  Superb, speedy and efficient service from welcoming and friendly Asian gentleman on both collection and drop off. All the more important after a delayed flight arrival. We were also upgraded free due it being the only available car with a full tank at the time - no dramas!

  Semana passada eu aluguei um carro na Alamo, fiz a devolução, tudo certo. Na retirada, a atendente pediu que a caução fosse feita com cartão "físico" e não virtual. Na hora, não me liguei, mas depois achei muito estranho. Desde a devolução, na última semana, tem passado diversas tentativas de crédito no meu cartão em nome da Enterprise (as duas empresas são o mesmo quiosque). Graças a Deus meu banco bloqueou todas e já tomei as devidas providências, mas que absurdo é esse? Clonaram/hackearam meu cartão para passar compras online sem a menor justificativa? Não recebi nenhum email ou nota fiscal sobre dano ou multa. Tenho toda a documentação da entrega do carro em ordem, como fotos e vídeos, e se eu tomei alguma multa, eu quero a prova, não cobranças infinitas em valores que variam de 50 a 200 libras, nunca vi um absurdo tão grande numa cia de aluguel de automóvel, e na Escócia, eu que sou do Brasil e espero que tudo seja correto e ético. Passem longe desse lugar e não coloquem o cartão na maquininha.

  Check-in process seemed sketchy as the other two guests were walked to the car by the Enterprise employee— walking around the car pointing out scratches and the vehicle features where I was just handed the keys and told good luck. GPS was extremely spotty and did not work the majority of the trip which caused me to have to add International charges to my mobile device to allow me to utilize the GSP since the one in the car did not work. A spare tire was not provided in the vehicle. Which seems to force customers to purchasing the road-side assistance…cause for concern! In preparation for returning the vehicle—enterprise emailed me a different address to return the vehicle too which wasn’t at the Inverness airport. I did not realize this prior and drove to the destination. I realized this was not the airport and I did not have another mode of transportation to get to the airport I made the executive decision to return the vehicle to the airport enterprise location and deal with any consequences that may arise from dropping off at a different location. This definitely put me 20 minutes behind schedule which is unnecessary stress for an early international flight.
