When it comes to changing tyres, you want more than just rubber on the road, you want honesty, care and a team who make you feel you’re in safe hands.
That was exactly my experience here.
The team were friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. No fuss, no drama - just good people doing a good job and getting me safely back on my way.
My wife can't get enough of the local potholes so we needed to get the alignment sorted too. Their cost was way less than other places too so we added this on.
I know places can sometimes get judged by the odd bad review, but credit where it’s due: they were absolutely super for me. Smooth service, fair treatment and a really positive experience.

I had my tyres replaced here, and one of the wheel nuts was damaged during the job. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame my mechanic because there had been recent work behind the wheel.
What’s frustrating is that I was only told about the damaged wheel nut after the wheel had already been put back on.
Not a great experience—accountability would have made a big difference.

We turned up at Kiplings this morning having got a dead battery over the weekend. We met with Roy working in Reception who advised that they could fit a new battery more or less straight away. We were very pleased with this news and agreed to wait on the premises whilst the work was carried out. We noticed how clean all the areas are and all staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We were offered coffees by the mechanics when they came into Reception which was a nice touch. The work was done at very reasonable cost and we experienced a very friendly and efficient service by Roy and the mechanics.

We are COVID-19 secure and have signed the COVID-19 secure declaration. All our garages adhere to strict COVID-19 protocols including all employees wearing face coverings at all times.
Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting your garage?
To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.
What do I do if I can’t bring my vehicle to your garage?
If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
