Good service from Protyre overall.
Had my AC re gassed last year with them but to be quite honest it didnt really work well at that time - I didnt request any other checks so they did do as asked - only thing that I feel would have been helpful if they had suggested a full ac check back then itself or suggested a filter change. Not sure why they didn't tbh, I did call back to ask for suggestions back then but the guy on the phone just said I would have to go to an ac specialist 🤷♀️ (granted not bad advice but also prob not quite neccessary).
This year they did a full AC check offered free of charge and found no faults. So I regassed again along with an AC clean and it is much much better. (I also changed the filter myself). Paid much less than expected.
Nothing but a good friendly service and updated quickly when car was ready.
Note in response to other reviews I have read here - yeah they dont really answer the phone - most likely they are busy working on cars and the desk isnt always manned. Prob could do with a dedicated receptionist for that purpose tbh.

Brought the car there for service and MOT, the first thing they did is to disconnect my dashcam. Dashcam cable damaged in the process and this is totally unnecessary. Complained through protyre and got a call from the office, making up reason for disconnecting the dashcam: "this is a requirement from DVSA that not to record the MOT..." which is totally a lie.
Their service used to be much better with a 3 pages report on the vehicle status, now nothing. Not even bother to reset the service reminder after an oil change (Oh, did they change my oil at all? Hard to tell). Eventually, I've to buy and install a new cable by myself, check if the oil is indeed fresh, reset the maintenance reminder and guess how long would my brake pad last.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. The mechanics were completely unprofessional and clearly lacked the necessary skills and experience to do the job properly. From the beginning, they seemed disorganized, careless, and uninterested in addressing the actual issue.
Not only did they fail to fix the problem correctly, but they also created additional issues that were not there before. There was no proper communication, no transparency about the work being done, and absolutely no accountability. Basic standards of professionalism — punctuality, respect, and competence — were completely missing.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This was by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

Never use this garage again.Not helpful at all.Last Saturday went for MOT and failed.They didn't fix my car to retest for an MOT.Istead been told get a parts and call on Monday. WHAT kind of business it is asking customer to get parts????Went to a other garage on Monday and car were fixed and passed MOT. Even they told that is Totally Unprofessional from Pro tyre.Waste of time and lost of earnings for me.But more Importantly it a Stress

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
