  Excellent service. I had a courtesy car from Enterprise Hereford while my car was in the garage. My car became a write off and I found a replacement in Wolverhampton. I contacted the Hereford branch to see if it was possible to drop the hire car in Wolverhampton when I picked up my new car. It was no problem and I must say Maria and the whole team there has been so helpful in helping me. Thank you guys. It was very much appreciated.

  I rent cars twice and I had a really good experience, the staff are really nice and friendly and they help you to have a peace of mind.

  Terrible and distressing experience with Enterprise after being charged for damage that was already on the vehicle. We hired the luton van which was (not unusually for luton vans) covered in marks, scratches, dents, and had a large 20cm diameter hole in the tail bar behind the tail lift. We had an uneventful point to point journey to move house and dropped it off at the Worksop branch, only to be told that a claim would be raised against one of the scratches on the side panel. The Hereford branch hadn't recorded the detail of the prior damage so we got landed with the £250 excess bill - essentially paying for damage someone else caused. We've basically been told there's nothing we can do about it and that they would send bailiffs round if we didn't pay. It has felt like a scam the whole time, and has been incredibly upsetting. Please please avoid this company, it's not worth the risk. Or if you absolutely have to use them please assume they will try to charge you extra so take as many photos of the vehicle as possible before driving away. Don't assume they have a proper record of the vehicle condition. We've been landed with unfair charges from Enterprise before so didn't want to use them but they were the only company we could hire from where drop off was close to our destination. Unfortunately we've paid the price for that.

  DO NOT HIRE FROM ENTERPRISE! If you are planning to do a point A to point B hire because you think it will save you time and money, do not use Enterprise for this. They will charge you a £250 damage fee for pre-existing damage simply because a different pair of eyes are doing the condition report at the drop off to those who did it are point of hire. This has happened to me multiple times now. At first I thought it was bad luck, now I am convinced it is part of their business model. It is not worth the time and stress spent on phone calls disputing the false claim, just make the extra journey back to the original hire. Better still, don't use Enterprise at all use a local firm, where reputation actually matters.
