- JPJordan PriceOct 8, 20261.0Absolutely shocking rang the centre to confirm vehicle was available was told it was. Booked online to then 1 hour before booking made up excuses vehicle has not been allocated or available. No answer given terrible service from enterprise and the Hereford branch!
- BMBibiana MotaOct 6, 20265.0Staff where helpful and lovely.
- AAAshSep 17, 20261.0Everything went wrong, the van showed up over an hour late and the bottom glass of the wing mirror blew off driving on a motorway. Reading the reviews, I see they've already charged someone £250 for the same thing! So it's clearly been repaired badly and not my problem. Now they're trying to charge me probably £250 for a £10 piece of glass that can be fitted in 30 seconds, but they did threaten £2250 just to soften the blow. The luton van is 13 years old and clearly has many issues. They don't have parking and told me to park on the double yellows behind the site, which I did. How do they expect people to come pick up a van without parking?! The swindle here is either pay for their extremely expensive "optional extras" (because it arrived late I rushed him on his huge legalese pitches for all the various plans that stop them from charging insane amounts when their old vans inevitably fall apart of their own accord) or gamble and potentially pay the insane amounts they charge when the old van does fall apart. Good luck out there everyone, consider an independent hire company Ignore the reply it's an AI that says the same basic thing to every negative review and makes up a fake name at the end. Everyone leaving a negative review has been in contact already, the reply is useless
