  Very bad service. I booked a vehicle online and paid for it. The next day before one hour my reservation time they called me and said they didn’t have any vehicle available and they would let me know if they get any. I waited more time and then called them back and they said they didn’t have any . So I asked them to cancel the reservation and refund the money. However they replied it would take 10 working days to get my money back. I said I can’t wait that much time as it was not my fault and wanted to talk to the manager. But the assistant cut the call without informed me. I called the customer service team after one week and the assistant also said the same and cut the call . The assistants were vert rude and not helpful. Their system is awful.

  Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I booked an Enterprise cab two weeks in advance to collect my family from Heathrow on 16 August. Everything was confirmed, so I had every reason to believe the vehicle would be available. When I arrived to collect the cab on the agreed date, I was simply told that the vehicle was not available. What makes this even worse is that Enterprise had apparently known about the issue but did not bother to inform me beforehand. The staff response was also extremely disappointing and came across as rude and dismissive. Being told the usual “sorry” after leaving a customer to deal with the consequences does not make the situation acceptable. A polite apology in good English means very little when the underlying service failure is not addressed. This was not a minor inconvenience. I had planned everything around this booking and was left under incredible stress, particularly because I was travelling to collect my family from Heathrow. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be taken for granted, especially when they have made a confirmed booking well in advance. Enterprise needs to seriously look at how it manages confirmed bookings and, more importantly, how it communicates with customers when something goes wrong. A last-minute “sorry” is not an adequate substitute for basic professionalism, communication and accountability.

  Easy company to deal with. Amazing car! Staff were helpful, thorough but quick…no time wasted hanging around in the office! Would hire through the Hereford branch again for sure!
