  Absolutely appalled by the service I had here fail mot test on a few things but also a few things was also added to the fail mot that should not have been put on i went to a diffrent garage after I faild mot and was told again few things should not have been put on my mot test and was Absolutely fine other then the 4 things we could see that was a fail but the rest that was on the mot should nit have been out down I did the work fixed the horn and the suspension arm ball joint and changed the bulbs and front tyre that was needed to be done. But I didnt have anything done to the hand break as this was done way before mot was book also oil leak was also done way before mot and the back tyre didnt have a slash and showing thread as I also was going to get this change but was told by the tyre place I took it too it didnt need changing they also said there was damage to the inner wheel and ther wasn't and also a pitted break disk but none of this was done took it to protyes Eastleigh and it passed with nothing on the mot they gave me a free mot due to the concern with the last mot I had don't at Southampton not sire why they put extra kn my mor as I could have spent alot more money then was needed I will be taking this higher as a free mot test does not excuse the wrong information put down from the previous mot not sure if this is because im a female on my own or weather they tried to scam me for unnecessary work but definitely would not recommend an mot here.

  MOT test was conducted and the incorrect failure that was issued. The vehicle was failed on the basis of allegedly worn brake pads less than 1,5mm . This assessment was made visually and without any proper verification. The brake pads were in good condition and well within service limits at the time of the test. The guy who carried out the test was rude and does not do his job properly. Someone like this should be fired because it is a disgrace to the company. I will report this everywhere possible. Do not let yourselves be ripped off by these thieves.
