Paid for this and had to wait 2 hours. 75 quid later- zero impact having paid for service not needed (due to no diagnosis). Back to square one and likely needing new Ac compressor. Poor service and advice.

They accommodated me at 4:30pm so I was able to schedule around work. The service was efficient and friendly enough with no fuss, plus the price was cheaper than another well known operation. - JCjames cleaverFeb 20, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with Protyre this morning. I had an MOT appointment booked for 8:30am. I arrived on the forecourt at exactly 8:30 and was inside the reception area by 8:36, with just one customer ahead of me. In reality, I was present at the time of my appointment. Despite this, I was told by the mechanic that my slot was no longer available. This is frankly ridiculous. I had made arrangements around this booking, including organising transport from the garage, only to be turned away with no effort made to assist or accommodate me. The complete lack of flexibility and customer care was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not use Protyre again.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.

Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
