  Possibly the worst customer experience of my life. Woman at Southampton drop off told us the car was in “perfect” condition then 3 minutes after we left approved a $3,000 deduction from our credit card! We have questioned the ethics of the staff and the company but to date still haven’t received a satisfactory response.

  Accelerated check-in made for a no fuss, and easy pick up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Vehicle was immaculate. Return was quick and efficient. Highly recommend. Thank you.

  Excellent car rental service! The team at Southampton Airport, especially manager Lexie, provided exceptionally professional and caring support. They patiently helped us modify our booking and resolve issues caused by another branch. Lexie took full responsibility, promptly handled an overcharge, and ensured a refund. Highly commendable for their integrity, customer-focused attitude, and outstanding problem-solving skills. A truly trustworthy and exemplary branch!

  The person at the desk ( Charlie) that served me was polite, professional and calm. He took his time to explain the car and all the costs if I wanted to take extra insurance for peace of mind. He also allowed me time to give a thorough walk around to loom for pre-existing damage and even put my suitcase in the boot whilst I was doing this. Very impressed with the service.I felt I was in good hands. Returning the car didn’t take long at all. All very smooth and will be returning again to rent in the future.

  I had an amazing journey driving from Southampton to London and back for my interview in London, with the help from Alamo rented car. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. We came earlier than our booking time and our car wasn't ready. But, the staff was so flexible and offered me a big car instead a small one. I refused and she happily offered me a small, brand new car instead, which was very clean and ready for collection. The car itself was amazing, great, with no problems. I am very happy my interview journey to London went really well. Definitely will recommend their services! :)
