  Highly recommend and am now a new customer for all things auto. Its hard to find a trustworthy garage as a woman, so when you do, keep them!!

  I cannot recommend Hartley Wintney Garage highly enough!!! I had an MOT scheduled with them on Friday at 11.30, and they started the MOT. However, I had change my number plates the day before as I had taken my private plate off. Norman who was conducting the MOT informed me that it had already been processed on the system by the DVLA and he explained that he couldn’t continue with the MOT unless I put the new plates physically on the car. Fortunately I still had the set of original plates at home, so he informed me that if I went home and brought the plates back he would squeeze me back in at 4.15. This I did. I felt very guilty that I had inadvertently messed them around and was very apologetic for my error. However, Norman was very kind, and simply took it in his stride and said that “these things happen”, and not to worry about it. Thank you so much for your understanding and for putting the right number plates on for me and conducting the MOT. I will have no hesitation in returning to this garage, as local companies like this should be supported. A totally brilliant service all round!!!

  I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! I went in because my ESP light kept flickering on and off, and I also knew there was an issue with the exhaust. The team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts needed for the exhaust (all three of them!), and managed to sort the ESP issue as well — all in the same day. The price was very fair, and the service was outstanding. The guys there are genuinely wonderful — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. As a woman going into a garage, it can sometimes feel a bit intimidating, but they completely put me at ease. They were never patronising, answered all my questions (even the ones I thought might be silly!), and explained everything clearly. A fantastic local garage with excellent service — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

  Took my truck in to for an Oil change. Picked it up and the 4wd selector has been smashed. Tried to tell me it was like this when it turned up. I had previously cleaned the truck in the morning, and used my 4wd to get out of my drive way so it was absolutely rubbish. Terrible customer service. I was sitting in the office and a mechanic walks up to the desk and puts his middle finger up to the diary containing the jobs list. Just a bit embarrassing really. Work was completed just a crap attitude
