  Rented a van on the 29th April 2026 on the website, paid £198.99 and was called half an hour later stating they did not have any vans. its now 18th May 2026 and I am still waiting for my refund, tried to call in and no answer. Edit - I contacted the chat as suggested and it was all sorted in minutes.

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Van Hire Eastleigh. The customer service was poor, communication was unclear, and the van condition was not what I expected at all. I felt like they didn’t really care once the booking was completed. The whole process became stressful and took far more time than it should have. I honestly expected much better from a company with such a reputation. Would not recommend based on my experience.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Enterprise Eastleigh, especially from the assistant manager, James. My partner booked a van online and paid for it for Sunday, April 26th, to help his cousin move house. However, on Tuesday, April 28th, at 6:15 p.m., James sent an email the night before the scheduled pickup, stating that they could not provide the van as it was intended for business use. He asked for proof of what the van would be used for, and despite my partner going to the branch and presenting evidence—including the moving contract and his cousin being present—James still refused. Furthermore, he also refused to refund the money on that same day. This caused a huge amount of stress—my partner and his cousin were left with all their belongings outside for hours, missing the moving deadline, until they finally found another rental. This was a hugely unprofessional process, and I would strongly discourage anyone from using this branch.
